The 2001/02 season went down in golden letters in the story of City's return to the top. After the painful relegation from the Premier League a year earlier, the task of rebuilding the team was given to the legendary Kevin Keegan. Manchester City played thrilling, ultra-attacking football. In these kits the team completely dominated the second tier, finishing the season top of the table with 99 points and scoring an incredible 108 goals.
The shirt is in generally very good condition, a few minor bobbles on the fabric.
