A historic design that began one of the most controversial and iconic political-sporting sagas in Italian football.
The most important story associated with this shirt concerns the championship stars above the crest. Juventus won the title on the pitch in 2012, which according to the club meant its 30th title (and the right to wear a third gold star). However, the league authorities (FIGC), because of the titles stripped over the Calciopoli scandal, counted this triumph as number 28. As an act of defiance and compromise, president Andrea Agnelli made an unprecedented decision: the stars above the crest were covered up, and below the crest appeared the highly provocative slogan "30 sul campo" (30 on the pitch).
