The shirt that directly preceded the famous Euro 2004 tournament. It was in this shirt that the "Golden Generation" (Nedvěd, Rosický, Baroš, Koller) qualified for the finals, winning a very tough qualifying group ahead of the Netherlands. Unlike the later, very geometric "Prague" shirt of 2004/06, this version went for a completely different construction with distinctive side-and-sleeve panels.
